Senior Recruitment Consultant - Halesowen

We are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in taking our Recruitment business to the next level.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be someone with experience in the Recruitment industry, preferably end-to-end Recruitment processes, and is willing and able to back themselves to lead the company on a day-to-day basis, driving us to the next level.

There is an opportunity here for the right person to come in to our Group at a key stage of growth and play an integral part in shaping the future of our Recruitment company.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of the business activities, working closely with Managing Director
  • Responsible for the management and growth of the Recruitment team, and liaising with stakeholders across the rest of our Group of Companies
  • Key point of contact for external clients, developing relationships and revenue streams with both new and existing clients
  • Overseeing and implementing a proactive, cohesive internal recruitment process to support our Group’s internal recruitment requirements
  • Implementing and improving key processes and procedures

Candidate Specification:

  • Have experience in a 360 Recruitment/end-to-end role previously (essential)
  • Have experience managing their own team (essential)
  • Have a demonstrable track record in generating new business (essential)
  • Have a demonstrable track record in growing and developing existing clients (essential)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant roles (desirable)
  • Ambitious, with ideas and suggestions to hit the ground running to make the role a success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
