Air-Conditioning Engineer - Midlands

Our client is seeking an Air-Conditioning Engineer to join their existing team of Engineers servicing commercial sites across the UK as part of their successful Facilities Management division.

The role will suit an experienced Air-Conditioning Engineer with a strong background in Air Conditioning work.

With the salary on offer varying based on the experience and ability to undertake installations work and qualifications held by the successful applicant.

Additional skills would be advantageous, and a predominant background with A/C Installations work would be most desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Installation work for Commercial and Retail clients
• As an Air-Conditioning Engineer you will be completing Service and Maintenance works for Commercial and Retail clients
• Assisting with/leading scheduled PPM contract visitsAttending sites for urgent reactive works
• Liaising with office staff to progress jobs in an effective and timely manner
• Logging and submitting work reports electronically
• Liaising with end-users and clients to provide updates
• Ensuring high standards are always maintained and procedures adhered to

Candidate Specification:

Essential Requirements:

• F-GAS
• Full, clean Driving Licence
•  2+ years’ experience in Air Conditioning/as an Air-Conditioning Engineer

Desirable Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in Gas
• 3+ years minimum experience in installs
• Air Conditioning Installations
• PASMA Certification
• IPAF Certification
• Proficient with IT (work is issued, and reports filed electronically)
